What you will do

• Architect and lead the implementation of production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems.
• Design and optimize multi-step AI agents capable of reasoning, tool invocation, and state management.
• Oversee deployment across cloud environments ensuring scalability and performance monitoring.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and model safety.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transition AI prototypes into full production ownership.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers in maintaining high-quality Python code standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in transformer-based models and LLM architectures.
• Proven experience designing and deploying applied machine learning or generative AI systems to production.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and production-grade coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or cloud-native AI tools.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Prompt Flow or AWS Bedrock Agents.
• Background in ML Ops and model performance monitoring.
