What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage agency and brand partners through strategic outbound outreach.
  • Build and own a high-quality sales pipeline, creating long-term revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to closed-won business.
  • Connect with decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Collaborate on pitches and proposals, shaping campaign strategies to solve client challenges.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and qualify opportunities using frameworks such as MEDDIC.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience in media or advertising.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and confidence reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Disciplined, organized approach to pipeline building and opportunity tracking.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot (or similar).
  • Interest in digital advertising and programmatic media; curiosity to learn technical DSP concepts.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region to meet clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies.
