What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage agency and brand partners through strategic outbound outreach.
- Build and own a high-quality sales pipeline, creating long-term revenue opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to closed-won business.
- Connect with decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Collaborate on pitches and proposals, shaping campaign strategies to solve client challenges.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and qualify opportunities using frameworks such as MEDDIC.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience in media or advertising.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and confidence reaching out to prospective clients.
- Disciplined, organized approach to pipeline building and opportunity tracking.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot (or similar).
- Interest in digital advertising and programmatic media; curiosity to learn technical DSP concepts.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region to meet clients.
Nice to have
- Experience with MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies.
