What you will do
- Manage financial reporting using advanced Excel functions including v-lookups and pivot tables.
- Maintain budget trackers on the ERP system for the Content and Sales teams.
- Handle speaker-related payments, including honorariums, fees, and reimbursements.
- Process supplier payments and manage event expenses from logistics vendors.
- Update budget and invoice trackers for contingent workers.
- Upload conference programmes, speaker details, and whitepapers to the digital event platform.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, and financial reporting).
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Must be able to work without relocation or sponsorship support.
