What you will do

  • Manage financial reporting using advanced Excel functions including v-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Maintain budget trackers on the ERP system for the Content and Sales teams.
  • Handle speaker-related payments, including honorariums, fees, and reimbursements.
  • Process supplier payments and manage event expenses from logistics vendors.
  • Update budget and invoice trackers for contingent workers.
  • Upload conference programmes, speaker details, and whitepapers to the digital event platform.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, and financial reporting).
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to work without relocation or sponsorship support.
