What you will do
- Provide general administrative support for the ALP and ACSR programs.
- Manage courseware fulfillment, distribution, and training course creation in LearnUpon.
- Coordinate testing for new offerings and ensure proper system setup.
- Maintain P&L tracking files and operational reports.
- Identify and assess customer needs, handle complaints, and provide solutions.
- Ensure partner compliance before releasing benefits.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer support within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data management and operational workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM, LMS, and ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and order processing workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
