What you will do

• Own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces across the product ecosystem.
• Define cross-product design frameworks, patterns, and experiences for spatial and data-heavy workflows.
• Shape interaction models for maps, imagery, tasking, and analytics platforms.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define product direction and strategy.
• Establish reusable standards to improve clarity, consistency, and correctness.
• Mentor senior designers and guide them toward system-level ownership.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee) due to ITAR/Export Control laws.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI.
• Deep experience designing complex enterprise, technical, or mission-critical products.
• Proven ability to define systems and influence product roadmap and strategy.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to align senior stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial platforms, satellite imagery, or defense tech.
• Expertise in data visualization, AI-supported workflows, or 3D/spatial interfaces.
• Background in building or scaling design systems.
• Experience at companies like Anduril, Palantir, or UP42.
