What you will do

• Define and drive design strategy across multiple product areas, aligning feature experiences with platform vision and business objectives.
• Establish organizational standards for interaction design, systems thinking, and design system governance to ensure scalability.
• Lead complex, high-impact design initiatives from discovery through execution, collaborating with product and engineering leadership.
• Influence roadmaps, investment priorities, and architectural decisions using customer-centered design thinking.
• Define standards for AI-assisted workflows, agent-based interactions, and responsible innovation within the design process.
• Communicate design vision and business value to senior leadership to build strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, specifically within enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to establish design vision and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct management authority.
• Deep expertise in designing complex, data-rich, role-based enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, including component architecture, tokens, and governance models.
• Understanding of AI-enabled design practices and the ability to guide quality standards for AI-assisted work.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

• Experience leading organization-wide transformation of design practices in AI-enabled environments.
• Hands-on experience with agent-assisted development or rapid prototyping.
