What you will do

• Lead design across multiple product areas, owning projects from problem framing to final shipping.
• Build interactive prototypes using code-adjacent tools to validate concepts before engineering investment.
• Actively integrate AI tools like LLMs and generative interfaces into daily design and prototyping workflows.
• Evolve and maintain the design system by creating reusable components and patterns.
• Influence technical and product requirements through clear communication and data-driven design rationale.
• Mentor other designers by sharing AI-native workflows and providing principled, growth-oriented feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prototype in code or work closely with front-end development (e.g., Cursor, v0, Replit).
• Demonstrated active use of AI tools in daily design and iteration processes.
• Strong written communication skills for articulating design rationale.
• Portfolio showcasing measurable business outcomes and simplification of complex systems.
• Must be based in Raleigh, NC and able to work in-office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI- or ML-assisted interfaces.
• Deep expertise in data visualization and complex data storytelling.
