What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solution alignment to negotiation and closing.
  • Own a broad book of business across the CIS region, supporting both new prospects and existing accounts.
  • Articulate the value of the AI-powered DevSecOps platform to diverse customer stakeholders.
  • Partner with technical teams and customer success to provide account leadership and direction.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and contribute to win/loss analysis to refine sales processes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by providing product feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English (C1 level required).
  • Proven success in software sales, specifically within mid-market or enterprise contexts.
  • Experience managing a varied book of business and guiding customers through complex buying journeys.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and technical departments.
  • Ability to document and maintain accurate account plans and pipeline data.
  • Must be based in Germany.
