What you will do

• Refine features into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog including stories, defects, and enablers.
• Partner with product management to align the backlog with business priorities.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, and Program Increment (PI) activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and architects to validate requirements and dependencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure release readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong ability to translate business and customer needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with ALM tools and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
