What you will do

• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Author detailed product requirements and user stories while collaborating with Engineering, UX, QA, and Marketing.
• Drive product positioning and go-to-market strategies to ensure consistent messaging and value articulation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to enable customer adoption and create training materials.
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a strong product-thinking culture within the team.
• Act as a product expert during executive briefings, customer sessions, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mississauga, Canada or able to commute to the Meadowvale office.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
• Valid passport required for travel to customer meetings and industry events.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Technical fluency in networking, enterprise IT, or telecommunications.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Android, Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows Server.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Completion of Pragmatic Institute training.
