Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Drive the execution of all product processes in the product lifecycle for a scrum pod.
• Collaborate with Workstream Leads to manage and prioritize the product backlog and features.
• Translate high-level product strategies into actionable development scope.
• Analyze market and user research to make data-driven decisions.
• Track and report on OKRs and KPIs to measure product success.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and QA during the design, development, and testing of features.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience.
• Proven success in shipping products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• Experience with B2B2C products.
• Industry experience in talent mobility.
