What you will do

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the coverage and authorizations portfolio, prioritizing by customer value and business impact.
• Translate customer needs and payer requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct continuous discovery with case managers, nurses, and authorization teams to solve domain-specific problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and UX to optimize workflows that ensure resident coverage and facility payment.
• Define and monitor product health metrics and adoption to drive future development decisions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation to enhance scalability for centralized support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, including B2B and enterprise customer experience.
• Background in healthcare IT and skilled nursing or post-acute workflows.
• Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proficiency with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and modern development practices.

• Experience building or integrating AI or ML powered product features.
• Deep familiarity with managed care, coverage, and authorization workflows.
• Proven track record of extending an established product with measurable value.
