What you will do

• Engage members in proactive financial reviews to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Assist members with loan and deposit products across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Develop and maintain strong member relationships through outbound sales calls and service excellence.
• Resolve complex service issues and facilitate accurate financial transactions.
• Provide leadership for branch opening/closing procedures and system overrides.
• Educate team members on product updates and industry changes.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 1+ years of prior work experience in sales or customer service required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
