Salary: $54,800–$66,800 annually (plus performance-based incentives)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain mortgage sourcing relationships with agents, builders, and professionals.
• Prospect and generate new mortgage business to drive organizational growth.
• Provide expert mortgage solutions to members through in-person consultations and broker channels.
• Perform complex income analysis and ensure high-degree accuracy in loan applications.
• Represent the organization in community events and educational outreach.
• Serve as an escalation point for member concerns and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience with a proven track record of self-generating $12M+ volume annually.
• Must comply with SAFE Act legislation and maintain MLO registration.
• Strong proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Ability to perform moderate travel within the assigned region.
