What you will do

• Develop and execute country-specific strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Lead and manage the entire country team across sales, business development, operations, and compliance.
• Identify and secure new merchant partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the network.
• Oversee day-to-day operational efficiency to ensure seamless payment processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in payment processing, fintech, or e-commerce.
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or country management role.
• Deep understanding of the Taiwan payment landscape, local regulations, and consumer behavior.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets in Taiwan.
