What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define and translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities, emerging trends, and pilot new business models or products.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and optimize decision flows and resource allocation to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Mentor senior managers and high-potential talent, sharing entrepreneurial frameworks to strengthen leadership.
• Represent the CEO Office in internal and external engagements with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience, ideally founding or leading a startup or scaling a business.
• Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into execution with measurable results.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills paired with a practical execution mindset.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder influence, and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Malaysia.
