What you will do

• Lead website builds, redesigns, launches, campaigns, and digital communications initiatives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across creative, UX, strategy, technology, media, search, analytics, and QA.
• Build sprint plans, backlogs, project roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Guide clients and internal stakeholders toward aligned objectives, decisions, and project outcomes.
• Track scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and revenue forecasts.
• Facilitate meetings and provide clear project status updates while maintaining delivery quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital project management and digital communications across multiple channels and platforms.
• 7+ years managing product launches, campaigns, platforms, and corporate initiatives.
• 4+ years developing marketing content for multiple digital platforms and partners.
• Strong technical project management experience with Agile and sprint methodology.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and client-facing discussions involving scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, objectives, and strategy.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, Figma, and Keynote.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
