What you will do
- Manage multiple website development projects from kickoff through launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, SEO specialists, and copywriters.
- Define project scope, priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Review deliverables to ensure quality, functionality, and SEO best practices.
- Identify project risks and remove blockers to ensure efficient delivery.
Requirements
- English proficiency: C1 or higher required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing WordPress website development projects in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of the WordPress development lifecycle.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana.
- Must be able to provide 7 hours of overlap with 9 am-5 pm EST.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with WordPress configuration and content management.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility.
- Experience with website builders like Elementor or Divi.
- Project Management certification or Agile/Scrum experience.
