TL;DR
Project Manager (WordPress): Managing multiple WordPress website development projects from kickoff through launch with an accent on cross-functional coordination, client communication, and delivery control. Focus on defining scope and timelines, reviewing SEO and accessibility quality, resolving risks, and maintaining at least seven hours of overlap with EST business hours.
Location: Remote from Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, or Costa Rica; requires at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am–5 pm EST workday, Monday–Friday.

What you will do
- Manage multiple website development projects from kickoff through launch, keeping delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate WordPress developers, designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and QA contributors.
- Define project scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary client contact, provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
- Review deliverables for functionality, SEO, accessibility, quality, and alignment with requirements.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Professional English at C1 level or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing WordPress website development projects in a digital marketing or web development agency.
- Strong understanding of the WordPress lifecycle from discovery and design through development, QA, launch, and post-launch support.
- Experience managing multiple client projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
Nice to have
- Hands-on WordPress experience, including basic site configuration and content management.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and accessibility.
- Experience with Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg.
- Project Management certification or experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
