Salary: $123,000 – $146,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap, strategy, and delivery for personalization and experimentation programs.
- Manage the Adobe Target backlog, prioritizing A/B testing, MVT, and recommendation initiatives.
- Enable real-time customer segmentation for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Target.
- Champion personalization at scale by driving adoption of machine learning and AI capabilities.
- Define and track product success metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital-first customer experiences.
Requirements
- Must have current work authorization for Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, IT, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or customer experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale personalization and experimentation programs.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar personalization technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Decibel, Medallia, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Marketo.
- Understanding of risk, control, and compliance processes in regulated financial institutions.
- Knowledge of mutual fund and ETF investment industry.
