What you will do

• Oversee all maintenance activity and employees, coordinating work and schedules.
• Troubleshoot, rebuild, repair, or replace industrial equipment and machinery.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems including power, water, and compressed air.
• Handle system and equipment element installations.
• Support the production process by ensuring necessary items are available for time-sensitive orders.
• Maintain detailed logs of accomplished work and provide daily handoff notes.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training in electrical and mechanical areas.
• 4+ years of experience in maintenance and mechanical repair.
• Ability to independently perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in using volt/amp/ohm meters to identify faults and defective components.
• Skill in reading and following blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
