Salary: $65,000–$75,000

What you will do
- Deliver training to WFG advisors on products, services, and software applications.
- Initiate and expand professional relationships with financial advisors through phone and email contact.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to execute regional marketing and sales plans.
- Create and deliver professional presentations using PowerPoint and Zoom.
- Manage and resolve advisor inquiries regarding new business, underwriting, and client services.
- Attend and facilitate evening or weekend events, webinars, and training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Toronto in a hybrid capacity.
Nice to have
- Experience working with World Financial Group (WFG).
- Bilingual proficiency.
- CFP or LLQP certification.
