What you will do

• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities with local organizations and events to drive user growth.
• Perform outbound sales calls and emails to support acquisition and retention tactics.
• Gather and analyze regional market trends and user feedback to inform product and sales strategy.
• Coordinate and host client events to demonstrate appreciation and build strong business relationships.
• Present on personal finance and investing basics to prospective clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• University degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
