TL;DR

Focus on driving win rates through consultative risk assessment, managing policy renewals and coverage adjustments, and handling claims reporting while collaborating with technical teams to improve the platform.

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 per year (base wage range)

What you will do

  • Act as a subject matter expert for prospective customers, communicating hirify.global’ P&C offerings and PEO/ASO value propositions to improve win rates.
  • Quote, issue, and analyze Property & Casualty insurance policies, then recommend coverage aligned to each prospect’s business needs and risk profile.
  • Maintain accurate client records in internal systems to ensure continuity and visibility across teams.
  • Manage policy renewals and adjust coverage exposures as client needs evolve to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Handle inbound support inquiries and manage claims reporting efficiently.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to surface customer feedback and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or service (e.g., Insurance Agent/Broker, Account Manager, Account Executive) with hands-on knowledge of P&C commercial product lines.
  • Active Resident P&C Producer license in good standing.
  • Ability to assess a business’s risk profile and recommend appropriate commercial coverage solutions across multiple product lines (including Workers’ Compensation, BOP, GL, and EPLI).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly to non-experts.
  • Track record of building lasting, trust-based client relationships and genuine passion for sales.
