What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with current PSPs as the primary point of contact.
• Identify new commercial opportunities to maximize revenue and margins from key partners.
• Negotiate and sign referral agreements to acquire new clients.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Explore new directions, features, and channels for growth.
• Collaborate with BizDev, Technical, Treasury, and BAM teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for internal and external communication.
• Proven experience in the FinTech or Payments industry, specifically working with PSPs.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling, iGaming, or other high-risk industries.
• Experience in the Banking sector.
• Russian language proficiency.
