What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of vertical solution assets, including simulation workflows and validation benchmarks.
• Map complete simulation pipelines—from CAD preparation to solver execution and design optimization—onto the platform.
• Develop Python automation scripts for data preprocessing, solution packaging, and workflow integration.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define simulation-specific requirements and validate new platform capabilities.
• Ensure production-grade reproducibility standards for all simulation templates and tools.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on FEA simulation experience in automotive or consumer electronics.
• Deep expertise in leading CAE tools such as ABAQUS, LS-Dyna, Radioss, Hypermesh, or ANSA.
• Strong command of structural non-linear simulation, including implicit/explicit solvers and material models.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling.
• Must be able to work from the Lausanne office 3 days per week.
• English proficiency required for technical communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted simulation or parametric study automation.
• Experience with HPC and Cloud computing environments.
• Knowledge of open-source tools like OpenFOAM or FEniCSx.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
