Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work model balancing office and remote work.

Salary: €31,000–€53,000 gross per year; total on-target earnings of €35,000–€59,000 including an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple sources.
• Validate, cleanse, monitor, and model data for reliable reporting and analytics at scale.
• Explore and integrate LLM and AI capabilities into data workflows.
• Analyze data and build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Power Query.
• Define and track KPIs, optimize reporting performance, and improve data processes.
• Partner with technical and business teams to translate needs into data solutions and provide data engineering guidance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and building Power BI reports from multiple data sources.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for querying, data transformation, automation, and pipeline scripting.
• Analytical, autonomous approach and strong communication skills with technical and business audiences.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory.
• Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with testing and code quality practices.
• Additional languages.
