What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to design customized trial strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
• Define clear success criteria and ROI metrics to secure executive-level buy-in.
• Facilitate executive business reviews and present measurable value to key stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to maintain deal momentum.
• Translate trial data into outcome-based narratives that differentiate hirify.global in competitive environments.
• Identify and position opportunities for broader solution adoption during the evaluation phase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic consulting, or solution consulting within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of supporting complex enterprise-level sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience building ROI models and translating technical data into business impact.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel up to 20%.
• Experience in fleet, transportation, or safety industries is highly preferred.
