What you will do

• Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive incremental revenue through Deloitte.
• Build and sustain senior C-suite relationships across global regions.
• Create joint solutions across SAP, Oracle, and Workday practice groups.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to manage contracts, enablement, and escalations.
• Lead QBRs and executive updates to align on business outcomes.
• Advocate for partner initiatives internally while representing hirify.global externally.

Requirements

• 12+ years managing complex global partner programs with a focus on ERP and Quality Engineering.
• Proven experience working with Deloitte on a global basis.
• 7+ years leading complex projects with globally diverse, decentralized teams.
• 3+ years direct sales or consulting experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for global audiences.
