What you will do
- Own and exceed new business quotas for the Life Sciences segment.
- Prospect, qualify, and drive the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
- Lead discovery assessments and facilitate workshops to uncover client pain points.
- Coordinate with internal Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams to develop structured, winning proposals.
- Negotiate commercial models and SOWs while ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the Life Sciences space.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of sales experience in professional services or consulting.
- 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences (digital strategy, product management, or technology services).
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments including GxP and HIPAA.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client and internal meetings.
- Must be based in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Experience at a Global System Integrator (GSI) or similar digital transformation consultancy.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR/HL7.
