TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (Life Sciences): Driving new business and revenue growth within the Life Sciences sector with an accent on consultative selling of digital transformation and AI-integrated solutions. Focus on building a robust pipeline, managing complex deal cycles, and collaborating with internal delivery teams to craft compelling proposals for pharma, biotech, and medtech clients.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Preference for New Jersey, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, or SF Bay Area for occasional client visits). Up to 25% travel required.

What you will do

  • Own and exceed new business quotas for the Life Sciences segment.
  • Prospect, qualify, and drive the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Lead discovery assessments and facilitate workshops to uncover client pain points.
  • Coordinate with internal Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams to develop structured, winning proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial models and SOWs while ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the Life Sciences space.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience in professional services or consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences (digital strategy, product management, or technology services).
  • Deep understanding of regulatory environments including GxP and HIPAA.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client and internal meetings.
  • Must be based in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a Global System Integrator (GSI) or similar digital transformation consultancy.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR/HL7.
