TL;DR

Legal Program Manager (AI): Managing complex legal and compliance initiatives with an accent on AI-driven system deployment and cross-functional process optimization. Focus on architecting AI-powered legal solutions, driving adoption, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Legal, Product, and Operations teams.

Location: Must be based in the US (San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; Culver City, CA; or New York, NY).

Salary: $115,600 – $185,000 USD (depending on location and experience).

What you will do

  • Own the intake, planning, and tracking of legal compliance initiatives from start to finish.
  • Architect and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions within the legal department.
  • Act as the primary bridge between Legal and Product/Operations teams.
  • Translate legal requirements into actionable user stories and project workstreams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to resolve blockers and ensure project alignment.
  • Maintain Jira dashboards to provide visibility into project status and risk management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading project planning efforts.
  • Experience leading technology adoption or process automation within a legal or compliance environment.
  • Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Google Docs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager or team lead.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered legal tools or familiarity with prompt engineering.
  • PMP certification.
