Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead global compliance for hardware launches, ensuring products meet regulatory and consumer law obligations across all jurisdictions.
• Monitor global regulatory developments for hardware and update compliance plans accordingly.
• Own requirements tracking for physical product compliance, including packaging inserts, labeling, and consumer disclosures.
• Drive launch readiness for warranties and consumer terms in partnership with Product Marketing and Legal.
• Identify risks and drive cross-functional resolution strategies with subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing programs at a fast-paced technology company.
• Deep experience building and scaling hardware compliance programs.
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional programs and synthesize input from diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
