What you will do

• Partner with the Plant Manager to monitor and improve production cost performance and drive detailed variance analysis.
• Support Sales leaders in Norway and Denmark to monitor business profitability and commercial performance.
• Lead and coordinate planning processes, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and annual financial planning.
• Manage inventory levels and capital investments to optimize working capital and resource allocation.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight risks and opportunities for senior management.
• Execute month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with Group HQ guidelines and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Controlling role, preferably within an industrial or production setting.
• Proven expertise in month-end closing processes, management reporting, and cost management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Nordic languages.
• Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Hyperion or QlikView.
