What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to help interpret financial results and manage departmental P&Ls.
• Provide data-driven ROI analysis and validate business cases to support the prioritization of new initiatives.
• Drive the evolution of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Analyze SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ARR to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the board and management to communicate the story behind the numbers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business controlling.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proven track record of managing workflows in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in building sophisticated, automated financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business mechanics and metrics.
• Professional fluency in English

• Experience improving processes through automation or AI tools, such as Claude.
