What you will do

• Manage and develop long-term strategic relationships with key account (KA) customers.
• Design and deliver customized MRO product and service solutions aligned with client operational needs.
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies and growth plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and coach a team of 5–6 Key Account Sales Managers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize commercial strategies and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in industrial engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or industrial sales/MRO roles.
• Proven experience managing large enterprise clients or strategic accounts.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work on-site in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
