What you will do
- Respond to inbound MQLs within defined SLAs (demo requests, web form submissions, content downloads, and campaign responses), prioritizing speed-to-lead.
- Qualify inbound leads against ICP criteria (fleet size, industry vertical, decision-maker authority, and business need) before advancing to an Account Executive or One Partner.
- Run initial discovery conversations to understand prospects’ environment, pain points, and urgency, then deliver a clear value proposition.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure each handoff includes documented qualification and context.
- Manage and prioritize an active queue of inbound leads, executing consistent follow-up sequences for non-converting leads.
- Maintain complete lead and activity records in CRM and partner with Marketing and AEs to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a client-facing role; entry-level role with training provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate a value proposition across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with high personal accountability and discipline to work independently toward activity and pipeline targets.
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and a resilient, process-driven approach to prospecting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and outreach sequences simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or enterprise sales tools experience (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for prospect research, outreach drafting, or call preparation.
- B2B sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
