What you will do

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks like MEDDPIC to assess business fit.
  • Conduct personalized multi-channel outreach including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Partner with Account Executives on account planning and research to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and lead management platforms.
  • Leverage social selling and digital content to build credibility and nurture prospect relationships.
  • Analyze outreach performance metrics to iterate and improve conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Must be based in Arizona, USA.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and lead management platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or trade shows.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like 6Sense or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with video prospecting and social selling.
  • Knowledge of BANT or MEDDPIC qualification frameworks.
