Focus on outbound outreach, decision-maker engagement across channels, and collaborating on pitches and proposals for programmatic advertising solutions.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage agency and brand partners through strategic outbound outreach.
  • Build and own a high-quality sales pipeline and develop long-term revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed-won business.
  • Connect with decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Collaborate on pitches and proposals and revive/expand lapsed opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and qualify opportunities using MEDDIC.

Requirements

  • Based in England to be eligible for this role.
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience in media or advertising.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and confidence reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Organized, disciplined approach to pipeline building and opportunity tracking.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Interest in digital advertising and programmatic media; willingness to learn DSP-related concepts.
