What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage agency and brand partners through strategic outbound outreach.
- Build and own a high-quality sales pipeline and develop long-term revenue opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed-won business.
- Connect with decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Collaborate on pitches and proposals and revive/expand lapsed opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and qualify opportunities using MEDDIC.
Requirements
- Based in England to be eligible for this role.
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience in media or advertising.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and confidence reaching out to prospective clients.
- Organized, disciplined approach to pipeline building and opportunity tracking.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Interest in digital advertising and programmatic media; willingness to learn DSP-related concepts.
