TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating a high-quality sales pipeline for Latin American markets with an accent on strategic outbound prospecting and multilingual outreach. Focus on localizing sales content for Spanish and Portuguese speakers and partnering with Account Executives to drive regional growth.

Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC (In-office 3 days per week)

Salary: $83,500 OTE

What you will do

  • Generate new, high-quality sales-qualified meetings for Account Executives across LATAM markets.
  • Conduct strategic research on target companies and personas within Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
  • Execute multilingual outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Translate and localize sales collateral and prospecting materials from English into Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Partner with Account Executives to align on target accounts and territory priorities.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs in Salesforce to track performance against goals.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) for professional sales conversations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Raleigh, NC office (Hybrid: 3 days/week).
  • Active AI fluency with hands-on use of AI tools to improve daily workflow.
  • Ability to localize sales materials capturing cultural nuances.
  • Internal motivation and resilience in a goal-driven environment.
  • Passion for SaaS technology and the AI era.

Nice to have

  • Trilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience prospecting in LATAM markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or SPIN Selling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
