What you will do

• Develop frameworks for application administration, including user management, security, and configuration.
• Lead the technical rollout of AI initiatives, creating usage guidelines and best practices.
• Troubleshoot support tickets and perform root cause analysis to improve user experience.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new technical enhancements.
• Facilitate change management activities for application updates, patches, and new rollouts.
• Provide training and mentorship to end users and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience supporting AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and align technology with business goals.
• Experience supporting a mix of in-person, remote, and offshore teams.
• Mastery in troubleshooting and maintaining application integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms, specifically Okta and Google Admin Console.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
