What you will do

• Build and lead all aspects of project workstreams, providing clear direction to project teams.
• Manage project plans to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all client deliverables.
• Develop pricing and market access strategies by leveraging complex analytics.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, leading meetings and managing expectations.
• Oversee and mentor analysts and consultants to ensure high-quality work products.
• Contribute to practice development by leading the creation of products, pitches, and IP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a record of academic excellence.
• 3-5 years of consulting or business analytics experience within the healthcare space (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or diagnostics).
• Experience in global pricing and market access.
• Proficiency in Payer, Provider, and Patient analytics using Rx Claims, Mx Claims, and Formulary insights.
• Strong coding skills and advanced MS Office literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to synthesize multiple data outputs into a seamless narrative.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD with an academic concentration in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Business.
• Experience synthesizing insights and developing recommendations from primary and secondary research.
• Experience directing primary research with payers, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
