Customer Service Representative

What you will do

• Process manual and electronic orders and manage return authorizations.
• Provide customer service support to retail accounts, D2C consumers, and internal staff.
• Liaise with distribution and freight companies to ensure timely delivery of physical products.
• Maintain catalogue data including price changes, status updates, and artist codes.
• Provide administrative backup for office management, including greeting visitors and mailroom duties.
• Support digital operations by scheduling and delivering digital products.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in distribution customer service and order entry.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work in the Toronto office 4 days per week.
