What you will do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors via an inbound contact centre.
- Support advisors and investors with information needed to educate and plan short-term and long-term investment strategies.
- Represent Fidelity by answering client requests for information and routing clients to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
- Work rotating shifts (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm local time (MDT)) for the Advisor Service Centre team.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required.
- College diploma required (recent graduates are encouraged) or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
