What you will do

• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, text, or chat and ensure itineraries are confirmed and sent out on the same day as requested.
• Research and make decisions based on available information, balancing guest needs with business priorities.
• Handle and resolve a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions via phone and email.
• Manage service requests and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Perform outbound calls to hotel suppliers to confirm bookings and billing.
• Provide accurate travel advice and document client concerns for follow-up.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience with Sabre.
• Full fluency in English (verbal and written).
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or a sales-related environment.
• Proficiency in systems such as Sabre, Excel, and Word.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including problem-solving while balancing customer and company needs.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
