What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, text, and email to support client employment journeys.
  • Verify, process, and update client information and employment outcomes in program databases.
  • Audit and process financial support claims in alignment with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant records of all client interactions and activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support operational performance.
  • Contribute to project work and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented organization.
  • Strong background in auditing and data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
