Implementation Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and manage configuration duties.
• Lead in-depth discovery sessions to analyze clients' current CRM/LOS workflows and user experience.
• Partner with bank technical teams to successfully install and configure integrations into CRM/LOS systems.
• Serve as an Integrations Subject Matter Expert, educating clients on implementation processes and best practices.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support to other team members to solve routine and complex issues.
• Perform quality assurance check points to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Configuration and deployment experience with Web Services.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Nice to have

• Experience with the setup/Admin side of the Force.com Platform.
• Experience with Python and other scripting languages.
• Background in Financial Services and Enterprise Software.
