What you will do
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and manage configuration duties.
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions to analyze clients' current CRM/LOS workflows and user experience.
- Partner with bank technical teams to successfully install and configure integrations into CRM/LOS systems.
- Serve as an Integrations Subject Matter Expert, educating clients on implementation processes and best practices.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support to other team members to solve routine and complex issues.
- Perform quality assurance check points to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Configuration and deployment experience with Web Services.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Nice to have
- Experience with the setup/Admin side of the Force.com Platform.
- Experience with Python and other scripting languages.
- Background in Financial Services and Enterprise Software.
