What you will do

• Support the Major Groups & Publics Advisor in the day-to-day management of dealer group accounts.
• Assist with the onboarding and coordination of digital programs across multiple rooftops.
• Compile and maintain performance reports for websites, SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM tools.
• Track key performance metrics and identify trends, anomalies, or gaps for analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of program data, documentation, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal workflows, including task tracking, follow-ups, and meeting preparation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account coordination, or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including websites, paid media, SEO, and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
