What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end production and delivery of digital and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure all campaign details, offers, and requirements are met.
• Ensure all marketing deployments are executed within established Service Level Agreements.
• Submit campaign proofs for client and co-op pre-approval.
• Maintain clear communication with the Sales team regarding project status, roadblocks, and campaign performance.
• Escalate issues through proper channels to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States due to 401K and US-specific benefits structure.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
