What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the Global Revenue Organisation, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional talent acquisition initiatives to improve team operations and define new strategic directions.
- Design and implement innovative global talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and talent mapping.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide market insights, talent strategy, and data-driven reporting on pipeline health.
- Mentor and support colleagues across the talent acquisition team to raise the bar for recruitment standards.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment technology to track progress and demonstrate the tangible business impact of talent initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies.
- Deep experience working within global sales organizations.
- Background in the SaaS or broader technology and software industry.
- Strong expertise in recruitment marketing, direct sourcing, talent intelligence, and TA technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
