What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, commercial, and creative roles.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers regarding market conditions and talent availability.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to improve recruitment speed, quality, and consistency.
• Leverage talent intelligence tools to provide data-backed insights for pipeline planning.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of recruitment technologies and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Proven experience using AI and data-driven recruitment tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience hiring across diverse technical, commercial, and creative teams.
