Vice President of Pricing Strategy & Monetization: Own pricing and packaging strategies to accelerate revenue growth, expand margins, improve customer retention, and strengthen competitive positioning with an accent on AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and cross-functional governance across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Payments. Focus on designing tiered and monetization-ready pricing models, optimizing discounting frameworks, and building dashboards and decision tools that connect pricing to ARR, deal economics, and global multi-currency performance.

Salary: $216,200 - $235,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Own pricing and packaging architecture across plans, bundles, add-ons, usage metrics, and segment-specific offers.
- Design and optimize pricing models (subscription, usage-based, tiered, value-based) and lead end-to-end pricing for launches and migrations.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to set discounting guardrails, approval frameworks, and pricing discipline for deals.
- Apply AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to forecast revenue impact, analyze price elasticity, and identify pricing opportunities.
- Build pricing analytics and dashboards to track pricing effectiveness and profitability KPIs (ARR, ACV, LTV, CAC).
- Establish pricing governance (pricing committee, policies, compliance) and enable Sales with pricing tools, training, and documentation.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in pricing, revenue strategy, revenue operations, finance, or consulting.
- Proven track record developing and implementing pricing and packaging strategies in SaaS/subscription businesses.
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and data analysis experience; deep understanding of deal economics and discounting.
- Experience applying AI and advanced analytics tools for pricing optimization, forecasting, demand modeling, and revenue insights.
- Experience operating in international or multi-currency environments with regional pricing strategy knowledge.
- Experience influencing executive leadership and leading cross-functional teams.
